Took a while to arrive but on initial inspection appears great

The rug I ordered was exactly as described on the website and exactly what I wanted and expected. The delivery, although a little delayed was arranged in line with my requirements and completed efficiently. The rug was extremely well packaged and protected so that it arrived in perfect condition.

The rug is nicely made and looks good in my kitchen.

I was sent a review request by yourselves when I have not received my rug as yet. When I ordered it stated 10/14 day delivery. The following day you emailed me to say because of covid it would be 4/6 weeks. I’m still waiting & you took my money on the day I ordered ! Surly you knew you were behind on deliveries so why put 10 day delivery in your website. Blaming covid now when we’re 18 months into it is not a relevant excuse. I’m now 4 weeks into my wait.

Very pleased with my sea grass made to measure rug. Quite a long wait but considering how supplies have been affected in the pandemic understandable. I thought it was a bit overpriced but it is a made to order item. Found the company easy to deal with and the delivery people very efficient.

I have ordered 3 large sea grass herringbone pattern rugs with 8 cm border. They arrived very well packed and are beautifully made. Included was a quality inspection note from the person who checked it before it was sent. We are delighted with the quality and finish of the rugs as well as the ordering process. A great purchase! Took £2.5k from my card in May. Was promised delivery in July, this moved to august 3rd. Rugs never arrived no e mail nothing. After two e mails and a phone call I was told the rugs have been discontinued. I would avoid this company at all costs. Extremely poor customer service.

It took a bit of time to receive our rugs due the current Covid situation but once received, the rugs are fabulous, great quality and attention to detail, the colour choices and options are numerous. This is one of the best products I have ever bought.

The rug is great, and lives up to our expectations. The samples were a decent size and enabled us to make sensible choices. I gave this four stars rather than five because there was a serious delay, and we had received no communication. When we contacted the company we were told that we should have been informed that there was problem with the supply chain. That aside, we're pleased with our rug and the service has been excellent!

Great rug but several issues getting the right one! Rug delivered the day before the date & time we very carefully specified when we were advised the order was ready to ship. Fortunately we were in and able to take delivery, although I had to assist driver in lifting a heavier than anticipated rug indoors. When we unpacked the rug it was HUGE - we realised we had received the completely wrong rug! We then had to go through the hassle of repacking the rug, contacting The Natural Rug Store, arranging pick up, printing return label, being in for pick up, waiting for the correct rug to be delivered. The collection of the wrong rug was also NOT at the time we specified, which was annoying. We then got a call from the shipper (DHL) saying we had been given the wrong shipping label - if left, the incorrect rug would simply have been delivered back to us. Fortunately they (DHL) sorted their end. Eventually our (correct) rug arrived (plus a free cleaning kit for as compensation - we accepted the offer of this but there no offer of any discount from the price of the rug, which perhaps would have been better). The rug itself is great (and would warrant 4 or 5 stars) - we have no complaints about the quality of the item. It is just a shame we had to go through such a lot of hassle to get the right one! We dealt with Leon Darby as our point of contact - he was polite and helpful throughout and did his best to sort the issue.

Purchased a rug from The natural Rug Store, I was able to make a near perfect match with the one it was replacing with their online configuration. I received the rug after about 8 weeks with cleaning products, unfortunately one of the bottles of shampoo had leaked in its paackage, this was replaced within a couple of days after a phone call Very pleased with the rug, customer service also very good thank you

Well made rug which does the job. Good value for money, fairly long lead time but worth the wait.
