Really good products. Really helpful customer service when I called to make enquires and absolutely no problems with the delivery of my items.
good communications from the company regarding delivery issues. Panels delivered wrong size to that ordered and don't match up to the size stated on the label. not too much of a problem for me as i have the means to trim them

Fine, good service
Review of service from the Glazing Shop. Absolutely atrocious. Ordering on 23rd March didn’t receive the order until 9th April. This after paying £25 for the delivery of it. Just placed a small order for 6 polycarbonate panels as a test of service for larger orders in future as I’m looking for a new supplier. Well that won’t be happening with this company ! Delivery could not be made before 4th April apparently, so that was the agreed delivery date. By 3.30pm on 4th April still no delivery and no contact from the company to explain any delay. So I call them and am told that my delivery is scheduled but due to my postcode I would be last on the list and would be between 5 and 6 pm. Guess what ..? no delivery by 6 pm. So on 5th April having still had no contact from the company, I call again to find out what’s going on and leave them to investigate. To be fair I do get a call back an hour or so later, but am given some cock and bull story about the van breaking down and needing to be retrieved so deliveries were not made. Then even though the failure is the companies’ fault there is no attempt to expedite my delivery internally or via courier to rectify this customer service failure and I’m told that I have to wait a further 5 days from my original agreed date to get my order delivered at their convenience. Surely if there actually was a vehicle problem then they should be contacting customers up front to inform them of the problem ? This has to be a classic example of seriously bad customer service that is becoming increasingly prevalent on-line, as payment is taken up front. Small orders have no priority, however the delivery charge is the same as a large order and therefore subsidises the delivery cost for others. Obviously small orders are not valued by this company. The communication from them is non existent , so again the cost of chasing orders/deliveries is down to you the customer. In terms of the quality of the product , in itself it seems ok and sturdy enough, however of the six polycarbonate panels that I ordered to be cut to size, 3 were badly cut leaving around half an inch of jagged cut material in a diagonal across the board. Obviously the person cutting had veered off the original score line. Perhaps if they had changed the blade on the cutter to a sharp one it may have helped. If it was a sharp blade then a trip to Specsavers may be in order. In any case to dispatch such poorly cut material to a customer shows a lack of operational care and a lack of any realistic quality control to the process. The packaging was simply 4 foam corners on the polycarb sheets, two of which were loose in the package, a surround of corrugated cardboard and a bubble wrap cover. Not exactly a robust package for the 25 quid they charge you. If you are looking to place just a relatively small order then I would not use these people , I certainly won’t for any future order large or small.
