Ordered a cut to size acryllic sheet which slotted straight into place without any modifications required. Plus delivery was a day earlier than stated.

Was delivered on the date given I was given a call by the delivery operative to say he would arrive in 15 minutes he placed the order where I wanted it overall a great experience.
Website had all the info necessary to do the measurements correctly. Clear explanations of the product (made to measure sec glazing PET) with good pictures. Ordering process sratightforward and much quicker delivery than initially quoted. fairly easy to nstall for a competent DIYer. Care needed though as mistakes might be hard to correct.

A sheet of 16mm triple wall polycarbonate was just the job for the roof of our garden room. This arrived quickly after ordering,exactly when we were told it would. Size was exactly right. Delivery driver put the sheet just were we wanted. A great experience all round, I would definitely recommend!
Beat the original forecast dates and the quality is fist class
I ordered polycarbonate sheets and rafter bars just before Christmas and received a courtesy call shortly afterwards. The Glazing Shop just wanted to let me know that delivery would not be until the new year, which was fine with me, and to be expected given it was Christmas! I appreciated the call and the good customer service. Unfortunately, one of the panels was received damaged, however, I contacted the Glazing Shop and without any quibble they arranged to send me a replacement panel the same week. I also benefited from their advice and guidance on sizing for polycarbonate when using rafter bars. Overall, good quality products and great customer service.

your pricing.... order started at £40, then at the checkout you added £30 delivery. Then I got a phone call saying I hadn't ordered the tapes (not clear from the website) - another £30, So something that began with me assuming that I was spending around £40 plus a bit for delivery actually cost me about £100. This has made me very grumpy.
