I ordered some 4mm Polycarbonate Sheets for my greenhouse roof. They were cut to size for me and fitted perfectly.

Great service from the glazing shop. I placed my order beginning of the week and by the end of it it was delivered. Had regular updates when the delivery was expected and I had a call before the driver to attend to my house. The quality is great and from the research I did best price too. Definitely would recommend them.
I could not find anyone who could supply all of the sizes of polycabonate sheets for replacing those on our greenhouse. Using 'The Glazing Shop' was a no brainer as they cut the exact sizes which I required. Delivery was on time and well packed to prevent damage.

Tue 4th June Order placed with ETA of Tue 11th June Tue 11th June I called to ask for ETA today and had been told due to delays, delivery will now be on Thu 13th June. Thu 13th June Delivery arrived Friday 21st June Ordered Additional sheets with with ETA of 27th June Wed 26th June They left voicemail with update that delivery will not be tomorrow (27th) due to delays, delivery date of Mon 1st July will now be scheduled. Mon 1st July I called to confirm ETA of delivery and was advised there has been another delay, new delivery date will be Thur 4th July. Thur 4th July I called to confirm if delivery will be today, they said they will call back to confirm as they needed to speak to driver. No call or response from them. Fri 5th July Voicemail left by them advising of delay, delivery will now be 8th July. Mon 8th July Sheets arrived Poly sheets - Great Service - Appalling
The staff were very helpful especially when I needed to ammend an order. They were only let down by the courier who was unable to deliver on the day and wanted to redeliver when no one was home. This was fortunately again resolved by the staff at the glazing shop. I would also note that the polycarbonate was not accurately cut size but this was a small error and was easilty remidied with a multitool.

Complete lack of flexibility on delivery. Goods took over a week to arrive and company point blank refused to budge even when I offered to pay extra for quicker delivery.
All shts arrived with tape sealed ends. All correct sizes. Delivered within just a few days of ordering. Packs completely sealed and bubble wrapped. Quality looks good, time will tell.
