Polycarbonate cut exactly to size and arrived in a reasonable time even though it was delivered to the wrong address on the wrong street at the wrong post code. But that is not the company’s fault but maybe they should have a word with whoever they use for deliveries.
Ordering was simple and delivery on time and complete. Rafter supported glazing bars good quality and trims all fine. I ordered 900 mm cut to size panel knowing I would need to trim to custom width and length. However, what I wasn’t expecting was the panels were not cut square; they were parallel side to side but not parallel to the webs. This means that over the length of the sheet (3.7m), the reinforcing web is broken, in places leaving a nearly 20mm unsupported piece that is supposed to clamp into the glazing bar. Very difficult to rectify this, though I have managed to do so now, so not a problem. Perhaps I should have ordered the sheet 50mm wider to give scope to correct this, but wasn’t expecting this to happen. So overall, an OK experience but could be improved with a little more attention to detail.
Excellent product, priced appropriately, well packaged and promptly delivered. Both deliveries were received within 2 days of on-line order - extra items required added to one order - good communication with staff - messages left by TGS staff re delivery and extra items Cannot fault The Glazing Shop - def order from them again.
Good product and price. Slight problem with the sheet enclosures in that I bought too many- they fit on widths( ends), not the lengths ( top and bottom). Should have spoken to Glazing Shop! Very satisfied, thanks!

There was somebody to answer the phone with only a short wait. The representative was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice about how to find information on your web site. The order was delivered when promised and well packed. My only regret is that I didn't order the polycarbonate sheets from you. I am still waiting for these 17 days from ordering from another supplier

We had an incomplete order and had to wait another week for redelivery and guess what still missing a rafter bar but company denied it.so we've paid for 3 and still only have 2.obviously someone in packing can't count.We shall see if this error is rectified but I certainly won't hold my breath 😞 To my great surprise the rafter bar turned up so I would like to thank them and change the stars to 3 !
