The system was easy to use. I didn't have the need to speak to anyone. Very easy!!!!!! However, I had made a mistake on my order and this was picked up and they called to confirm my exact order. They were polite and friendly and very helpful.
Easy to order, product is of good quality, no issues other that the timescale for delivery, however this is understandable considering the external factors such as more people doing DIY and building projects, overall very satisfied.
Very helpful with advice for sizing and appropriateness of which rafter bars work with which ridge bar. A little annoying that discount only applied to the Sunwood Rafter Bars and not for the corresponding ridge bar too! Also they do not do Flashing tape and silicone appropriate for Polycarbonate sheets, so not quite a one stop shop. I could have bought the seperate bits cheaper, but felt getting it all from one place was more convenient.
This is the third order I've placed with The Glazing Shop, the products and the service is exceptional, probably this may be my final order but should I need more, my order will go to them.

Good service and products but very hard to get through on the phone (understandable these days). When you do get through the staff are extremely helpful.
Would have given 5 stars but the instructions online (pictogram) were not precise enough. The Custmer Service was excellent and the product quality seems good.
The original delivery was fine, but he after service was very poor. On checking the delivered items I was missing the end capping for the centre joining bar. I contacted the company and finally got through and explained the situation. The representative promised me that she would arrange for the caps to be put in the post they never arrived. Over the next week I spoke to several representatives and each one said they would call me back but never did. I finally spoke to a representative called Anne who was excellent, she said she would call me back and in about five minutes Anne phoned back telling me she had sorted it out and the caps would be in the post that day, they arrived the next day.
