All good , just what i needed , easy process.
Firstly after a failed delivery due to damaging the panel in transit and being wrongly told it had been delivered, I arranged to have the new panel delivered next week as I was away on holiday all this week. Unfortunately I had to cancel the holiday due to the problems cause by storm Babet. So what happened yesterday, midway thru my scheduled holiday, I get a phone call to say we are at your front gate with the delivery. I just happened to be at home because of the holiday cancellation, does no one ever listen to instruction??

User-friendly website and the fact that the sheets are cut-to-size (with an explanation of how to do it) makes it so easy! Was advised of the delivery date by phone and email. It would be good to narrow delivery down to am/pm but that is only a small thing.
Promised Delivery For Friday i phone twice asking if ok and was told it was still coming, didn't turn up, i now have an unhappy customer who was expecting to be installed Monday, Not open weekends so couldn't even pick up myself.

The purchase of the goods was fine enough. And follow up communication was good. So the company is fine. But the couriers are garbage. Goods collected of supplier on a Tuesday and still not delivered by end of day Friday. My job had to be cancelled.
