Delivery never turned up on the date I was told , rang up to find out what was going off the same day I heard nothing, rang up next day to try and find out got told they will ring back 5 hours later I rang them to be told that the driver had run out off hours that’s why I didn’t receive it so it will be delivered tomorrow,, so much for rearranging my days off to receive and do said job Oh well that’s another company who just let jo public down again with no sorry or anything Good job we didn’t go with them for the new garden canopy we are planning
Order arrived, exactly as ordered and on time.
So decided to glaze over a walk way down size if our house, searched on Google for supplies and info having never done this before. Found Glazing Shop, gas good information and instructions on website for most items needed, made an order an waited. Delivered first thing on first day of delivery week. Prices were similar to everywhere else. Used website for info for some bits whilst putting it up. All seemed ok. I'd use the company again.
Was told of every inch of my delivery date was first phoned to confirm my order and thanked for the order and then many emails to telling me when order was due and it came right on time very inpressed

Easy to order and early delivery times.
Twice i've been giving a date for my items to be delivered and both times they have failed to arrive. My order has still not been delivered. I am going to cancel my order and get a refund and get the items I need else where. I will not use this company again!

On time great friendly service
Unfortunately despite emails sent and a response that the missing window strip had been sent i have one window with insufficient metal tape so I can’t use the panel. First batch was short and after emailing the company an extra length to complete the job was promised and this was weeks ago. Seems odd that 2 different packages haven’t shown and the postman is reliable and knows i have cctv at my property so I can only assume that it was never sent in the first place. Now have a panel worth £70 that I can’t use so I cannot recommend the company anymore despite telling my neighbours about the company and one ordering. Looks like I’m out of pocket unless Amazon can save the day.
