This was a very speedy service my item was shipped very quickly and to reduce the risk of damage to my product there was sufficient padding inside the box to protect it, will definitely be a returning customer 10/10

Incredible service, at the start was a slight issue as the package I ordered was in stock on website but wasn't actually in stock, not to worry though as sam sorted me out quick time.....on top of that me being fussy and deciding to opt for another controller a few weeks later, was sorted out no trouble.....cannot reccomend these guys enough, will be using them for all future dj/production equipment 👍👍👍

Great service, I had backordered an RX3 controller and received a phonecall from the DJ shop to say the controller was in stock and then arranged a suitable delivery day. Unfortunately the deck saver I also ordered is also out of stock which I was unaware of so had to phone them to clarify this so still waiting for that to arrive.

Ordered quite an expensive DJ controller which took a while to be delivered due to shortages. Throughout the whole waiting period, they were very communicative and kept me updated whenever I asked. Overall super friendly and flexible!
