5* Experience. Rang the DJ shop early on Thursday to place a next day delivery for 2 Mackie CRX5-BT monitors. A few hours later I decided I wanted the 8" Sub too, gave the dj shop a quick ring to see if they could squeeze that into my next day delivery (rang just before 4pm). They got my sub added, waived the additional postage and both items arrived next day by courier. Speakers are fantastic & excellent customer service.
