Today I spoke to Iain regarding a new debit card.as with all the representatives he was polite , friendly but professional. I find all the representatives the same . Nobody expresses judgement they just do their job in an extremely professional way , yet still manage to be friendly.

Spoke to Peter this morning and after speaking to many different staff on customer service he was unbelievably helpful and I great help thanks again he really knew his stuff which eased my mind

Had an issue with my expired card and forgot to update them. Spoke to a helpful guy called Gary Mowat, and he had sorted my issue, took the payment and updated my details for next time. Great service

Great company. Finally finished my 5 year IVA :) Haven't had any issues and they never increased my payments and made my experience very smooth. Highly recommend if you are considering an Iva. Stephen was great :)

As of today I have completed my IVA!!! I was clearly advised on the completion process of my IVA and made aware this can take up to 6 months. I’ve never had any issues in the 5 years of being in my IVA, even when the company has changed hands (Hanover/CreditFix/Ebenegate..) this has not affected my experience or negatively impacted any communications. Highly recommend and very satisfied - thank you for helping me become debt free!
