It’s a daunting situation entering into an IVA but Creditfix make the whole process easy, understandable and with empathy so you do not feel like your entering into something that is embarrassing and awful! The whole process was done with you being advised of each step of the process and after having endless sleepless nights once it was in place the weight lifted from my shoulders (as the saying goes) Advisors are speedy in resolving any queries or answering any questions. Sarvesh was very helpful and down to earth even had a little giggle with him, alot of places make you feel like they are talking down to you but not with these. I called to ask what the steps are when the IVA is coming to an end and he went through everything with me. Never had an issue they have always helped.

I made my last IVA payment in July 2024, and I am still waiting for my closure certificate. I have been contacting them regularly since January, but nothing has changed. This afternoon, I reached out again and was informed for the third time that they are waiting for confirmation from my creditors, with a new estimate for receiving my certificate by the end of April. I have read on the Credit Fix website that the closure certificate should be ready 8 to 12 weeks after the last payment, so I am worried about why my situation is different. Before entering into an agreement with Credit Fix, I had tried working with another company, but after a year, they went bankrupt, which adds to my concerns. Overall, I am not happy with the closure process. Entering into an IVA is difficult, and after completing the payments, it feels like I am still not better off and left in limbo.
