Connor was really kind and understanding today after my payment hadn't gone through as my bank had kicked the payment out. He asked after my financial situation after there was an error on payment date and was happy to change it to the correct date for me, This company is very professional but also treats customers with respect and care

I spoke with Charlie today who was very consistent and helpful with my query, he was professional, quick and efficient.

Heather boggia was very professional very helpful and listened with empathy also helped with my problem and solved this instantly I would highly recommend creditfix especially with staff like Heather made my experience very pleasant

Spoke to a really nice young gentlemen today called Peter he was so nice obviously thought my payment was meant to be paid today and totally forgot the person I spoke to last time put it towards August payment next year and didnt have to pay any payment til April time. Everyone at credit fix are so nice and understanding of your circumstances there customers service is amazing they also no how to keep my aniexty at low when I worry about a payment too. Speaking to peter today just made my day that lot better, im just glad I can treat myself on Sunday to something nice for a change. Literally credit fix are just amazing that's all I can say if it wasn't for them I dont no where I would be today I come so far in life and im just glad I have credit fix to help me pay my debt off.
