I spoke to Gary today, who was very understanding and sympathetic to my issue, he resolved it amicably and professionally. He has a good tone of voice which was reassuring and calming despite the subject matter. He is a true ambassador to Creditfix and a prize gentleman for others to aspire to.

Gary mowat was great over the phone and did not judge or make me feel bad in anyway. I had fraud on my current account which meant I needed to change my card. This caused a failed payment. I rang straight away to pay and change my details. Very good customer service.
Liam was very understanding of my position being out of work still and offered me a couple of options to get through this bad spell. He was also very empathetic in his use of language and intonation.
