I spoke to a gentleman today whose name I unfortunately didn't catch (he was a Scotsman - I'm sure he wouldn't mind me referring to this, as he mentioned it himself!) I needed to update my debit card details. He sorted this out for me quickly, and was very polite, knowledgeable and respectful. We even had a laugh whilst on the phone. I would recommend this company to anyone who has found themselves in the same unfortunate position. I tried a different company originally and they were asking me for more per month than my actual debts were costing me per month. Creditfix, however, were far more realistic about what was affordable for me. Every staff member I have spoken to has been very helpful and supportive and always polite and never in a hurry to get you off the phone. I found it extremely embarrassing to approach them initially and was filled with dread at the prospect of having to go into the details of my finances with a stranger, but they put me at my ease straightaway and there was no judgement or condescension. Thank you.
