I purchased a number of fern last spring (2022). Everything arrived promptly except for the one variety. I notified customer service and sent pictures of what I did receive. The missing items arrived days later.

Great products and prices
Great plants at a good price. Web interface(s) and online customer svc is nonexistant. 2 different domains used. TNnursery.net and Wholesalenursery.com one domain recognizes my account the other does not. Forgot password (even though I didn;t but I'll reset it if I must) doesn't recognize the email I accessed the site from. No response after 20 minutes in the online chat window at Wholesalenursery site. Update: Later, received a third email for the sale with a link that goes to wholesalenursery.com and this time it was configured differently. I was able to complete an order (which was still in the cart somehow) But I expect I'll start getting 3 emails from the automated setup in my email now instead of just 2 every time. Still no response to the original chat. No clue which site if either has saved my user name or password.
