Don’t change a thing. I’ve been ordering things for a couple years now and each time you’ve done what you promised or what I wanted. I’ve had some suppliers that are closed in winter months that have lost my business.

I am really frustrated with the response I got from customer service. I double checked that I had asked for spring delivery multiple times before submitting and got a notification today that my plants will be arriving on March 1. They are shipping to an address I will not live in until March 7 and it is still snowing here so I do not expect the plants to survive. I emailed asking them to hold off and was told they double checked and I’d asked for shipping now. I followed up with a screenshot from my order summary that notes spring. Mistakes happen, but I didn’t love the gaslighting in lieu of a correction, apology, or refund.

Honest review. I ordered 3 elderberry trees it was a buy one get one. They sent me 4 but I was supposed to receive 6 so I made a call to them and they corrected the mistake. I highly recommend look forward to watching my trees grow. Thanks Tennessee Nursery awesome experience.
