Ordered 1 tree and received 2 trees with no explanation as they were wrapped together. Had to call CS

I am not happy with my recent purchase. 1st. I wanted to order ONE each but was required to order TWO each. So I did order TWO trumpet vines AND TWO packs of hummningbird plants each pack had TEN plants. 2nd you only sent the TWO vines NO hummingbird plants. So I called and spoke to the girl and explained I did NOT get the TWO hummingbird plants SHE SAID she will send the TWO hummingbird plants. 3 days later I got TWO MORE VINES NO hummingbird plants. So I called again and I explained the sent the wrong product I told her they sent TWO MORE VINES. Not the TWO hummingbird plant packs that HER AND I had agreed on 3 days before on the phone. SHE said she would send the two hummingbird plant packs with 10 plants in each pack. I waited a few days for them to arive and nothing came. So I called her agsain and she said she will get them sent out. I wainted again and in a few days I called to see why I did not recieve them she said let me look at the order I heard the main menu of Tn Nursery So being a telephone man for 40 years I knew I was on hold no one came back to the phone so I hung up. i called again and she said were were disconnected BUT we were not disconnectet or my cell phone would have dropped the call I was on hold listening to your menu. The same thing happened a second time I started hearing your menu I was put on hold again so I waited to see if she came back to the phone and finally hung up a second time. So I called back a third time this time she told me she sent my order to the boss and is waiting on him to make a decission. I am out $32.00 according to my email invoice you sent me. I prefer to have the TWO packs of 10 each plants sent to my house rather than the $32.00. If I recieve the TWO packs of plants I will give you a better review.

I ordered 5 bulbs. Two were a nice size ... the rest were very, very small.

Nearly all the bare root plants we purchased have started vigorous growth. A vine plant that there were three or four starts have all failed to take. So my review is that most all the plants are doing well and I've already made a second order with TN nursery.

i’m always a little wary ordering plants online & haven’t done it much. i was first pleased that my shipping was free, sent immediately & got across the country in record time. and then i was most pleased at the condition of the plants themselves - all were obviously alive & rarin to go, & a few had more plants than i had ordered - for instance 7 violets instead of 5. i look forward to ordering from them again as they have many plants which are difficult to find in the PNW - dutchman’s breeches, virginia bluebells, etc. (i’m outside seattle). will definitely shop here again.

Very prompt service, and great array of offered wildflowers. However no guidance on proper planting of the particular flower was included, just generic planting instructions. A group of painted Trillium bulbs arrived in a tangle,though easily sorted out.
