Last fall was my first time to order from TN Wholesale. I was very please with the shipping, packaging and the tree I ordered.

I’m a 5th generation farmer and have another farm we acquired a couple years ago. It’s a Challenge on the internet to conduct business and get the website functionality straight so I understand as I expressed to the representative that I placed my order with. Sonia was nice, polite and informative. The cart function was an issue for a few days therefore I placed my order over the phone. We await our order with hopes we will receive great quality trees. We hope to continue business with TN nursery, especially if we find that the quality of their plants are better than standard.

Great info for all plants and trees

I will keep a long story very short. I ordered 16 plants from them. They sent me a tiny box with some dead twigs. Some had absolutely no roots. I followed all the instructions. Nothing grew. After many months and 23 emails, they finally said to send them back for a refund. I had to try to find anything that was left of the twigs that had not decomposed, pack them up and waste 5$ in postage to send them back. I have ordered bareroot plants from other companies and always had great success. This company truly deserves the "F" rating that they have with the BBB. Save yourself some time and money and find a better company.

Pros: Website easy to use, prices are good, order was filled shipped and arrive correctly, provided update e-mails. Cons: Little disappointed in the ground cover grab bag but that's the chance you take. Labeling of the plants using a sharpy was sloppy and difficult to read. I assume delivery was delayed because of the ice storms but the box the UPS guy handed me was torn and opened. Fortunately none of the items were damaged or lost.

Easy purchasing experience. I’m excited to receive these plants as a gift to my mom.

I'm so excited to order bare-root plants this early in the year because I live in zone 10. Often plants are shipped too late in the year for my location. By the time they get here, it's almost too hot to plant and survive the heat.

Absolute rip off! I have purchased bareroot plants for many years from many companies and so I'm quite well aware of what bare root plants look like and so forth. However, I ordered sedge plugs and I did not receive the correct amount and what I did receive was not satisfactory. When I contacted the company they responded promptly but quickly indicated they were not going to address my concerns or offer a refund. If you choose to purchase from this company. Make sure you have a very good idea of exactly what quality of products you are used to and expecting. Additionally, if you choose you purchase from them take pictures and document everything immediately upon opening the shipment. If you have a problem they will fight you every step of the way and assume/suggest that you don't know what you are doing or what to expect from bareroot plants and then they will direct you to a disclaimer on their website. Buyer beware!
