I have made several different orders of bare root shade plants and they arrived nicely packaged with extras included and all appeared healthy. So far very pleased with my purchase.

The short leaf pine was mostly brown when it arrived. I put it into fresh potting soil in a 3 gal pot. and it is mostly brown now.

I am sorry to say that these bare root plants did not grow. I put in pots and followed instructions. No grow ever appeared

Best part about this company, they sell u what is intended for your region/zone. Process was simple and easy, even sent information about planting items purchased. Arrived in said time frame. Came with directions of how to plant the tree saplings. And so far so good they r doing Amazingly!!! After being in the ground for five days!!!

I'm hoping the trees grow ...... but you had fast shipping and free shipping and the trees I received look great... only time will tell if they grow

Why are you asking for experience when to item was just delivered. The delivery was good. Are the plants good ask in a year

Winter Red Winterberry Shrub was nothing but splintered sticks. The few tiny leaves that were out were all dried up. I planted, fed and watered it and the first winds finished it.

Great selection, healthy plants, fast delivery! What's not to love?!!!

The bulbs look great and the bare roots look great. My only complaint is it took forever for them to ship. In my hardiness zone they could have shipped the day they were ordered. There maybe be extenuating circumstances that I am not aware of, but that wasn’t communicated. The order sat there for sometime unfulfilled with no communication.

Ordered two bare root trees. I understand what bare root trees look like so when mine came in the mail I planted them and watered them according to the watering schedule even though the trees looked very bad. Now it is a month later and nothing, no new growth just two dead trees in the ground. Find a better company to order from, this one won't do anything for you when they sell you dead trees.

I placed an order 4/ 6, est delivery 4/18-4/21. I call and left message with customer service for update, did no reponse. Called again several times 4/18-4/21, no response. Called and email 4/24 to cancel order since no response from TN. Now receiving regular emails about having to pay cancellation fee. Package arrived 5/5 crushed. TN states cancellation not approved and subject to cancellation fee. Never ordering from TN again!

Roots were in bad shape

We did receive the Cedar Trees and thank you for a reasonable time delivery. The Cedar trees were too dry and bent at the top of the trees like they were held upside down. Being too dry and bent made the trees sickly. Thank you for asking.

The roots I received all looked healthy. About half are in the ground and will try to update on whether they come up or bloom. I did expect them to arrive a little sooner than they did as I live in MO.
