Great amount of moss delivered, great value and quality!.

I bought "dormant bare root plants" and was sent instead dry, dead, itsy bitsy root cuttings that were not at all as described, not from the same type of plant I ordered, and which would probably be worth about 50cents at most if they were viable and actually the correct root, which they were not. There is a difference in the world of plants between root cuttings and a bare root plant. I am a flower farmer I buy a lot of bare root plants. I also understand the difference between dormant and dead and these are dead. This is the sort of thing I feel like they were expecting to sell to someone who doesn't know better and that feels tricky and nasty. Having googled the company and read many reviews it's become apparent that this company is scamming their customers!

Nothing at all like the photo. Was sent basically a pile of dirt with a few leaves in it. I highly recommend you do not purchase this.

First time ordering. I appreciate that some of the rhizomes sent were on the small side so they put in extra! Wow...amazing! Fast shipping arrived perfectly! I have already placed two other orders.

Well packed arrived ahead of schedule. The roots looked fine. We’ll see in the Spring.

Some of the plants wasn’t packaged properly and some were. It was a hit or miss. Hopefully they’ll grow next year with no issues.

Not good because I just got your email notification of impending delivery and you are only sending 1 Wisteria plant while I was sure I ordered two! I definitely want the second one which would be free with your BOGO Policy. I also ordering Lyreleaf Sage plants and two of them are listed to be delivered.
