I ordered 3-4 foot maple saplings. The ones that arrived were 26 inches, roots and all. Not happy with this purchase.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered 28 bare root red cedar trees and 12 loblolly pines 10-3-21. After I finally received all the trees that I ordered, as they had screwed up the order from the beginning, I planted them as instructed. The next spring all were dead. The nursery replaced them the fall of 2022 (10-18) and I planted them again as instructed. These were all dead by Spring, so I contacted the nursery in May and was told to wait longer as they might be late developing this year. Unfortunately after a few more months, the trees still did not show any signs of life. I contacted the nursery in October (2023) and inquired about getting a refund. I was told that they don't offer refunds, but that I would be able to get an instore credit to use towards other trees, but first I needed to do scratch tests on the trees to prove they were dead and take pictures to send to them. I did as instructed, and then was told the trees are beyond warranty. $440 down the drain and no trees. BUYER BEWARE, IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONLINE ONLY!

Frankly I was a little dubious as to the quality of these trees but I figured the BOGO was too good to pass up. Glad I took the chance! They arrived quickly, packaged well, and exactly as described! I’ve had trouble with other nurseries telling me they known my climate better than I do and plants were received in the wrong season for North Texas. Very pleased with TWT:-)

The Trees arrived in great shape.

Although the barefoot liatris seemed small, won't really know how they are until next spring when they start to come out of the ground. My spicebush plant was bigger than I expectedly

The tree we ordered never showed up. We ordered it in July! I want a refund. Keep you the tree at this point. This is ridiculous.

I recieved dead plants. They reshipped me more dead plants to replace the first dead plants. I was going to buy some trees from them but they obviously cannot deliver live plants.
