Tree replacement guarantee. Customer service was able to follow through on their tree guarantee. My tree didn't survive this year after being planted in Ohio's spring. I just received and planted the dormant replacement and am eagerly awaiting next spring's new growth.

Tree came packaged well. Can't wait to see it grow!

Great products Easy experience

Great website and a good product selection. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Prices were fair, arrived as stated. Plants are still dormant, won't know how they will look until spring. Curious to see how they look in spring.

Most orders have been a good experience. The worst were two perennial plants orders. I received something in sandwich bags with plant names written on them but no instructions in how the plant them. Only 3 plants survived out of over 20. Why would a purchaser have to go on your website for planting instructions when you include them with the shippment except they did not cover the items ordered? If you receive them but don't address items ordered then it would be safe to assume you don't have them.

We received (50) red crepe Myrtles and (10) white princess dogwoods. The Myrtles are absolutely great so far. They are bigger and healthier. Some had pink flowers on them so they better not be pink, but time will tell. The dogwoods arrived in terrible condition. They are either completely dead or almost dead. There’s no likelihood they can be grown. Dead like they look like they had been sitting around for weeks dry prior to shipping.

Emailing back and forth with karastin in sales was a very unpleasant experience. She did not answer my questions in full, and it took a long time for her to respond. I was ordering trees for a nonprofit community service event and needed to know if the order would arrive by the date. I was hoping to get the sales tax removed because we are a non-profit, but due to slow responses and lack of adequate information, I ended up just ordering off the website and paying tax. Very disappointing experience!

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery’s ordering website is really good and user friendly. Information about the items was helpful in making my choice of which product to purchase. Shipping was fast and my trees arrived within a reasonable amount of time. Only problem I had was one of my Sourwood trees had its leader branch broken off. Perhaps in time, it will heal itself. I will definitely use this business for my future planting needs.
