This company does nothing to service its customers. There will not be a next time.

When I placed the order I was informed the trees would ship in October in November. I called and was told that they had not shipped yet then at the end of November I called again and they still had not shipped so I told them I wanted to cancel the order and was told I could not. I have called the Better Business Bureau and today I finally received a notice the trees have shipped, but as it is 6 December, I have very little faith that trees will survive.

The items that I ordered arrived safely and on time.

Trees were bear Roots, missing tags on 2 Trees, Not sure if these trees will grow in spring.

Ordered some cherry blossom trees in July, was told they start shipping them November 1st. Emailed November 6th they had no delivery date as they were not even on my order yet. Emailed the 25th, told the same thing. Got a message asking to leave a review, said once my order is here I will, was told my order hasn’t updated sense the 15th, seconds after that message I get a email their on the way. But now it’s too late to plant them and I have to figure a way to store them till spring. Why couldn’t they have been shipped the 15th, or even the 25th when I inquired about them? Will never order anything from here again. Response to your reply, When I messaged the 2 times last month, you couldn’t tell me that? Also why was their no update on the order sense the 15th, then instantly gets shipped after I complain to you in a message asking for a review.

Best nursery to order trees/plants for household. Well packed, well explain why when when receiving the product, detailed instruction. Perfect for us especially we are in Vegas. We love TN nursery!!!!!
