I ordered two pier tops from this company they were the wrong size, my mistake not theirs, but they then told me that I would have to pay the carriage costs which according to the man I spoke to would be £60.00 on an order off £115.00 which I think is expensive, I think that I will have to chase for the refund as I have still not received any information on the refund, not at all impressed. take care when using this company as they have charged me three times there delivey charge ti return an item: Total order value (amount paid) £115.00 inc VAT (This was made up of £95 product value plus £20.00 Delivery Surcharge) Minus Return Delivery Charge @ £60.00 Total Refund = £55.00 inc VAT We are obliged to refund to you the total amount you paid minus the cost to transport the goods back to us.

All other places I have ordered samples from send them for free but stonecrete charge £2.50 per sample!! This is not good customer service and is the reason I haven’t ordered the pillar caps and covings from stonecrete! Need to rethink their policy to make it more customer facing!!

I am very pleased with the bench, there is a beautiful ornate decoration which is quite subtle, it has a little celtic feel with the cross design, it is absolutely beautiful, it is a very good price, I was kept informed at all times about the status of my delivery, customer services were very helpful - and it looks gorgeous!
