Some of our regency caps were damaged in transit which was disappointing but stonecrete are in the process of replacing them without any fuss.we have found them to be very helpful and would not hesitate to use them again.

Part of my order was a semi circle in weathered sand stone.Unfortunately one of the small tips was damaged, presumably in transport. As I had waited almost 3 months for delivery decided to use it anyway. Actually does not look too bad now that it has been cemented in.

Beautiful slabs and friendly delivery service

Very pleased with the product but delivery was an issue did not come on day stated took a few phones and then del on the third day.

The concrete products themselves would have gained a 3-star quality rating of average, but the delivery was entirely messed up, so we shall not be using Stonecrete Direct again. Whether this was their contracted courier's lack of coordination or theirs is immaterial. Delivery was arranged for 2 Jun, when we knew someone would definitely be at the property, by phone on 26 May. Got a call next day, completely out of the blue, from a courier saying he had our slabs on his lorry and was 10 mins away. It was only by chance that we happened to be there and available to take delivery. Leaving the pallet on the road (as drive gravelled) would have left an obstruction for possibly for up to a week, or otherwise return of goods to the depot and a redelivery.
