I ordered two pier caps which arrived promptly, if fact much quicker than expected. They arrived well packaged and in good condition.

I found that Stonecrete was one of the few online sources of 300mm square pcc slabs. Their delivery charge was reasonable on the 20 slabs that I ordered and I cannot fault either the quality of their product or their delivery arrangements. I would certainly use them again in similar circumstances.

I should be delighted that my order for mint sandstone cobbles/setts: with an estimated delivery time of 4-6 weeks arrived 6 days after placing the order. There was lack of communication as l was not informed that the shipment was on its way and there was no paperwork with the shipment when it arrived. The cobbles do not look like they did in the picture on-line so l am not sure if l have received what l originally ordered but in all honestly they look great next to the sandstone walls of my property. l would use this company again and l would recommend this company to other people.

Nice stones - good communication on delivery status

Really efficient, looks great and delivered as promised. A few tiny chips so 4 stars rather than 5 but has made a big difference and looks sturdy.

We bought their Olde York Paving. Haven't laid it yet but it looks good and was accurately shown on the website. Good value for money. We ordered a part pallet and unfortunately a few slabs had broken. Sent photos to Stonecrete who sent replacements quickly without any fuss and at no charge. Would certainly use Stonecrete again

Prompt deliver when it suited me.

My order arrived a few weeks earlier than the expected delivery date which was good. However part of the order was incorrect, but communication was good and easy and the items replaced within 10 days. The products look solid but have still not been fitted so I cannot review their quality

Excellent quality, arrived a lot quicker than stated!

Accurate and rapid response with helpful information on delivery, which was exactly on time. However, promised 'phone call from carrier one hour before delivery did not happen, and drive was unaware of requirement.

From ordering to being delivered everything was 5 star treatment. The website easy to use and when it was delivered the driver was every so helpful and the product was exactly as the picture on there site. I would definitely recommend to family are friends.
