This is the 2nd time that I have used Stonecrete Direct for supply of paving slabs and both times the communication through to delivery has been excellent. Also, both deliveries were delivered before the estimated delivery time given at purchase, which was an added bonus. I would recommend Stonecrete Direct based on my personal experience.

The delivery was 12 weeks, at least twice what was indicated before we paid. The stonework had all bubbles in it, which we expect to become friable after the first frost..The inner sides of the supporting legs are rough stonecrete and look unsighltly. You get what you pay for, I guess.

A good service and I am satisfied with the product. However there is a long wait between ordering and despatch but the payment was taken immediately. I think that the payment should not be taken until the goods have been sent

One of the pier caps was damaged and despite emails and phone calls the company has not seemed fit to discuss the matter with me. Very poor customer service, would never buy from Stonecrete again.

Original delivery date was end of June, however then informed changed to end of July which given the current Covid fallout was not unexpected. I was then contacted to ask if I could take delivery early July and this then happened. Respect to Stonecrete for attempting to meet promised dates in difficult times. Paving circle labs all intact and look great. Haven’t laid yet but expect no glitches.

The concrete seat top I ordered was damaged in transit. Stonecrete were most apologetic, even though it was not their fault. They dispatched a replacement immediately. This arrived within a few days in perfect condition. I cannot fault their service.

I was extremely happy with both the product and the way the order was handled. There was a slight delay from the original delivery estimate but I was kept in the picture all the way through and at no time felt that i was forgotten about. I would highly recommend this company.

Disappointed in the finish of the stone sills that we bought, looks completely different to what is shown on the website. They were also on a long leadtime which wasn’t advertised.

I ordered 32 grey and 32 black square paving slabs to make a chess board pattern for the patio. I was surprised at the really long lead time to delivery, but they explained the current situation affected availability of materials. However the slabs actually arrived a couple of weeks earlier than anticipated. Happy days the patio looks great. Would recommend for the price.
