It took some research to find a company who were able to supply just the top of a curved stone bench but Stonecrete could. We had a long wait(13 weeks lead time) but my goodness it was worth it. I'm thrilled. The staff were really helpful and friendly, the quality of the stone is good. Delivery was as promised with a really kind driver who helped move it to its new home. Excellent service. The sales team allowed me to make an amendment by phone to my online order and then the order was fulfilled in a shorter lead time then anticipated.

A good service excepting the length of time for supply. However this was made known when ordering and accepted, but disappointing nevertheless.

Ordered 11 pillar caps,they arrived in perfect condition,well packed to keep them from getting damaged.The quality is fantastic just what I was looking for to finish off my wall.They also sent me a spare one incase of breakages I suppose. Very happy from start to finish dealing with Stonecrete Direct,would definitely recommend.

The builder's warned that one of our pier caps may perish whilst they restyled our garden wall. Sure enough it did so we had to order 4 to ensure symmetry. Delivery was estimated at 6-8 weeks but we needed them earlier as the builder's needed to complete the job. A quick call to Stonecrete Direct brought the delivery date forward and hey presto... the job is complete. The wall looks great with the new caps! Thank you Stonecrete, quality service and fantastic delivery!!

Can recommend, excellent service

Very good customer service. Issue with delivery, as one pallet load had collapsed and slabs were scratched and broken. However, Stonecrete were very good. Arranged collection of broken slabs and arranging replacements. One thing I would like to see is better packaging on delivery. Slabs were loaded with nothing between them, so risk of scratching on surface is much higher. Otehrwise, happy to recommend and company were easy to contact and communication was excellent.
