Fast delivery and low price......that's all the positive I can say. I ordered a Samsung flip 4 and it came next day. Charged the phone and managed to set it up. Thought great! I managed to use the phone for about 3 hours and then it turned off and wouldn't come back on. Luckily I still had an old phone as a back up. Very disappointed that I received a subpar quality when the phone was described as excellent. They won't provide a refund or an exchange until they receive the phone and even then you have to wait 3 days whilst they asses the phone to see if you are eligible for a refund.
Delivered on time, had a slight fault once i reported it to them they paid for return no hassle and within 2 days was sent a replacement in perfect condition with no issues. Great customer service and with a money back guarantee within 30 days and a 12 month warranty you just know these guys are genuine. Bought a rechargeable batteries and docking station for the Xbox x, one battery works and the other battery charges but does not turn the controller on. This isn't really an issue as stock must go have contacted me and sorted the issue. I've ordered a thew time and only ever had this issue. But I have to hand it to stock must go as they resolved the issue very quickly. I will be ordering again from them. Also the delivery is really quick too.
