I ordered a MacBook, and I had a Dell laptop delivered. When I called, I was told there were no Macbooks in stock - I asked how that could be as they sold and allocated me one. They didn't try to find a different one they "just need to investigate". No refund until the wrong item is returned and they have arranged a collection. I wonder how many customers have their money held for 6 days - nice way of earning interest!!!

It was my first time of patronising Stock Must Go, and what a terrible experience it was. The Refurbished Laptop I bought could not be powered on. A replacement could not be given, and I have to settle for a refund.

I'm amazed. I was looking for a refurbished ThinkPad, and ideally a generation one T14. I had used other refurbished IT sites in the past, but thought, I'll just have a quick look and see if I can find any other options. I wanted to use Clear Pay to pay, and a quick search directed to me Stock Must Go. I hadn't come across this site before, but had a look, and was amazed when I actually found a T14, with the faster i5 CPU than found in other models, 16gb ram, and for what I thought was a too good to be true price of £169.99. I had seem this spec on other refurb sites for easily £100-200 more, so I thought there is bound to be some sort of reason, something I'm overlooking, some hidden flaw. Yet, having looked at the site in more detail, looking at the trust pilot reviews I decided to take a gamble and ordered. During this process I was thrilled to see that the laptop was even cheaper than advertised, as a 'Mothers Day' discount was automatically added, giving me a 15% discount! Surely this is too good to be true I thought, again... But I proceeded, paying £5.99 for next day delivery. Again, I have paid much more than that in the past for a next day delivery service! I promptly received my order confirmation email, and shortly after received an email from DPD, confirming the delivery details for the following day. The package arrived the next day. I opened it all up, taking photos of the packaging and everything I had received. I guess I was expecting to find something wrong and wanted photo evidence! But, it seemed to be all fine. The laptop was in excellent condition. My order was a graded 'good' condition according to the sites own description. There are 4 'better' grades than this, New, Open Box, Pristine, and Excellent. Honestly, I can't imagine how good the pristine and excellent laptops must be because I can notice no major or even minor flaws. Given the grading I had ordered, I was expecting that there might be scratches on the lid, or a few minor chips in the casing. I have given the laptop a thorough inspection, and I can't see any such flaw. There are no obvious marks to the screen, or dead pixels, no obvious 'shine' on the keys or touchpad that can develop from long term use. Really, remarkably good on a visual inspection. Yet, still my doubt continued. Maybe the spec is not what was listed etc. The charger I received was the official Lenovo 65W, which again is great! I was expecting a third party charger at the price I had paid. I turned on the laptop, everything seemed fine, and the spec was indeed what was advertised. Not only that, but the model I had received had the optional backlit keyboard, the optional fingerprint reader, and the optional vPRO version of the CPU! I ran the full suite of hardware tests from the BIOS. Everything is good. Not only that but the battery has 98% of the original capacity! It seems this laptop has hardly been used! I'm quite stunned that I've been able to get a T14, as described with the optional extras (which were not listed in the description, and I had no expectation to find), and the condition it's in, for the price I've paid. Maybe I was just lucky? Maybe the next T14 that someone orders and is pulled off the shelf won't be in as good condition, maybe it won't have the backlit keyboard etc. Then again, maybe it will! I've upgraded the SSD to a new 500gb Samsung, but the SSD originally was a perfectly decent component, I just wanted to make the upgrade anyway. Based on this experience, I really can't recommend Stock Must Go enough. Was it too good to be true? Apparently not.

Great value laptop, exactly as described ("pristine" and it is indeed in pristine condition). Delivered outstandingly fast (within 24 hours of ordering it, it arrived packaged very safely at my door ... ordered on Sat, arrived on Sunday .. free delivery). Easy to setup, fully working within an hour or so of delivery. V.happy to recommend Stock Must Go to my family, friends and others.
MacBook Pro 2015 sold as "good condition" and I can confirm I'm happy with the purchase. Fast delivery and good price.
Excellent product and service
The service and items I purchased (one was new and the other in immaculate condition) were as advertised and excellent. The customer service was excellent as DPD had not rung my doorbell, left calling card to be delivered next day (even though I was home) then sent it back to StockMGo. They arranged to have it redelivered with no issues.
Very good price, super-fast dispatch and delivery. I ordered a MacBook Pro rated as ‘good’ but it is in excellent condition, I can only find one tiny scratch to the case.
