The Product is pristine, Recieved very next day. but battery doesn't hold charge more than an hour. Disappointed.

I bought a ps5 dualsense controller off these on Ebay, but i couldn’t give feedback as i checked out as ‘guest’. But the delivery was amazingly swift, i was surprised, and it was packaged well with the controller received as advertised - with few cosmetic marks but in good working condition. Thank you.

Delivery was excellent, can't fault them for that. They kept me update all through the delivery cycle. The galaxy buds pro, well I don't know if they are faulty as they sound tinny beyond belief. Tried all the different enhancements and settings and still sound worse than my old £10 betron wired headphones. Am now going back to my sony sony wf-1000xm3. The difference is night and day. Complete waste of money.

Ordered 7 days ago and heard nothing after getting told it would be here in 2-3 days

My only gripe is; although I ordered the laptop on the Monday as the website was offering an additional ‘Monday discount’ which worked out to be another £60 off the payment area wouldn’t accept payment. I tried different methods eg Pay-Pal, credit card current account etc, but would go through. However, the following morning ie Tuesday when the additional saving had gone and the laptop reverted back to the higher amount, the payment went through in a matter of seconds. Not withstanding, from there on in can’t fault this business, delivered on time, (although DPD are shocking eg on several occasions they don’t bother to deliver to my home and drop it off at the post office saying I wasn’t in when I waited outside the door for them and I was allegedly the next house on the list for delivery), the piece of kit was as described - pristine and it is. It does everything it’s supposed to and was very easy to get it set up.

very bad would never buy from here again

Received a refurbished 2015 MacBook, bought for my son. The condition was described as good and there was a small dent in the lid, but no other visible signs of wear. My son has been using it for a few days now and says it is absolutely fine. For the price of £135 it is a bargain.

I had paid for the 2 days delivery but i still haven’t got my parcel what’s the point of paying extra money even if its parcel company’s fault you should talk to them why a customer will face such problem after paying for the special service if they can’t deliver on time they should take payment after delivery for the money they took advance payment… i’m very disappointed i was waiting for my product i got a lot of work to complete but i’m still waiting for it
