Ordered my son an Xbox controller for Christmas, there was a promo code on their website so used that and got it cheaper. Three months later and it stopped working so I sent it back for them to fix or exchange. It cost me nearly £6 to send it back to them. I then got an email saying they had none available to replace it even though it clearly shows online that they have 2 in stock in this particular condition I purchased! But they are now double the price I paid. So they clearly care more about money than their customers! I now cannot afford to replace it for my son.
My s23 ultra was in better condition than fair.....fast delivery too.. Came next day and I got a refurb chrome book amazing condition.
