Came in good condition no scratches etc. But when I tried to set up my MacBook, kept saying there was a software issue and I tried troubleshooting it etc but wasn’t letting me install the latest version of software for the model. You would think they check before sending it if it’s ready for the customer to set it up properly?? Basically the hard drive is broken. I needed this laptop urgently too. Says I can only install Catalina when it said on the product description it was Seqouia Did request a replacement via backmarket. Just hoping now they send me a decent replacement

I was surprised at the spwhich my item was despatched. I was very happy to find out that it was in such an excellent state. Thank you. However, I would like to suggest that apart from the operating system that is installed, future laptops have the Windows Office suite installed.
