Excellent customer service from the branch in Romford, more than helpful. My call was redirected from Basildon due to faulty lines. I purchased my dishwasher and was delivered within the week, also £100 cheaper than other sites. A very happy customer 😀

I have bought and had fitted a new oven which from the outset has not worked at all. I have had to wait over a week for a Stellisons service engineer. He is due to arrive next week.I have always been please with Stellisons previously but cannot give more than 1 star for this
The salesman was helpful, but tried to steer us towards a particular item, without showing us the full choice. I prefer to be allowed to make my own choices! Other than that, very good service and quick delivery.
