It's only perfect. The color is identical although we worked on it for a while We had a picture to match She did. Existing rail 30 years old. Dead match. Came on time, finish perfect. Is there anything else ? Nope. Perfect

Excellent hardware, instructions and tools. Plus the return policy is perfect. I highly recommend for creating unique stairs. Wire Cable and treads can be found elsewhere for almost 50% less.

We were a little reluctant to order a railing online. There was nothing to worry about. The Stair Supplies representatives were very helpful over the phone and talked us through every question we had. (The written directions were somewhat confusing so don't hesitate to call a service rep.) The quality of the product is exceptional. We ordered the rod railing style and added a maple handrail. Every item came well packed and undamaged. The wood railing was gorgeous. I sent them a picture of our wood floors and cabinets and they helped me select a finish that matches well.

The material was not to bad customer service was very rude and the whole project was a mess from start to finish . Parts missing, parts wrong and once you are sold the project it’s almost impossible to talk with the salesperson again . Customer service department was so rude!
