TERRIBLE SERVICE - booked a bike courier and a car arrived with my package not making the delivery on time. For a 2 hour journey they took 6 hours to delivery an important medical test. not impressed. They also stung me on price, quoting £120 over the phone with the final bill being £170 as they hadn't quoted me VAT.
I booked a bike online to go same day delivery to London. After not getting an update for an hour and half I had to call to ensure my package was going to be picked up. When the driver arrived, 2 hours after booking, he was in a car and not on a bike. The item arrived a further 2 hours after collection, by which time it was too late to be dealt with. Disappointing service for the cost paid.
Last minute booking accommodated with no issues. I believed I was booking a motorbike courier, however a man in a van delivered our package. That said, delivery was prompt and within the time scales quoted.

Very good service, easy to use the online link I was sent by the office. When I booked the collection, I was warned it could be 70-80 minutes before collection, however the goods were collected in 20 minutes which was very impressive. Also the price was a third cheaper than a courier I had contacted that day, would use again. Very happy!!!
Excellent!! Courier came within 30-40 minutes! I ordered same day delivery at 10am from Shepherds Bush to Chester, my parcel arrived by 4pm! I would highly recommend this company for last minute same day delivery!
