Highly efficient and reliable - very impressed

I was desperate to get some documents to Hammersmith by 5.00pm. The company said the collection will be within an hour but they could not guarantee delivery by the target but they will aim to do the best they could. I couldn't believe the biker was here within 20 minutes and the documents were delivered 15 minutes ahead of my cut of time. I would definately recommend this company and for sure I would use them as first choice.

Poor customer service, would not use again

Great service. Very helpful phone booking for an overnight delivery of a fragile item traveling from London to Manchester. The parcel arrived safely and on time in Manchester the next morning for a meeting. The parcel was then returned to London by Speedy Same Day Couriers as an overnight delivery to London. We were very happy with the service they provided and will certainly use Speedy Same Day Couriers again.

Arrived on time and delivered on time

Not from London, so didn’t understand the codes- wasn’t clear. Website had a number on it that didn’t work. But, once I emailed, they called back immediately, fantastic service and was resolved. Would have been 5 stars if not for the basic web info.

It was a great experience with Speedy SameDay Courier. Special mention goes to Stuart, their customer service guy who was extra helpful in sending me updates through email as the delivery progress. This service bail me out of the awful experience of my parcel getting stuck for more than 2 weeks in the Depot. Same day delivery saves the day!

Speedy are fantastic. Our normal courier Tuffnell's should take a leaf out of their book. Speedy's customer service is fantastic, they do what they promise and it is such a pleasure to deal with them. Collected as said, delivered as said and driver updated us by phone. Great service!!

I booked an urgent collection/delivery by motorbike at 8am. The website said it would be collected in 60 minutes. At 11am I had to telephone asking why package not picked up. Was advised that driver on M74 and caught in traffic. Package eventually collected by driver in an old banger of a car and when I asked him what had happened on the M74 he said he didn't have a clue what I was talking about as he hadn't been on the M74 and that he had been quiet all morning
