Easily the worst courier service I have ever used in any country in the world. package took 3 hours to get delivered, to a place where it should have taken 45 minutes. then, they used the excuse of adverse weather for the delay, it is only raining, there are no delays around London. and finally, the parcel went to the wrong address. if you want a reliable service, avoid this place. oh yeah, and they charged 75 pounds for this service, where competitors deliver on time and in the right place for 20 pounds.
