Booked an urgent (supposed to be collected within an hour) collection for a same day delivery and had to chase them several times over a four hour period. Told each time someone would be there soon. Eventually had to cancel after being told that no couriers would be available that day. Booked with another courier who arrived within 20 minutes and delivered same day.

Service was excellent, contacted Speedy at 10.30 who then collected a parcel from Reading within the hour and delivered to Birmingham by 14.27. Good value for money.

Urgent delivery of spares for a fire alarm system-morning collection in Manchester for delivery to Wiltshire by lunch time. Good communication and tracking enabled us to keep our client updated throughout. Parts installed and system working before 3 enabling all concerned to have confidence in the system. There was some scepticism from my peers but " never in doubt" !

Excellent service! I requested after 5pm on Monday, they had already collected by 9.30am the next morning and delivered a few hours later...whilst many other couriers could not source a driver at such short notice.
