Excellent rapid pickup and delivery

Superb - polite, speedy, good value - recommended!

The Quote is supposed to be valid for 1 hour; when I tried to book 25 mins later this was not honoured as they had run out of that vehicle so they took booking, then cancelled, then had to re book with a more expensive vehicle. Why offer the 1 hour quote price if not going to honour it? Service was “urgent” pick up, should be there in 45-60 minutes. Didn’t arrive until over 90 minutes so over 30 mins late. When courier arrived did not attend company as was on 6th floor of building, then courier got a parking ticket and could not call the person they were picking up from. I spoke to the dispatcher and I asked they actually go to the pick up company agreed but they refused. He then had a go at me saying “are you going to pay for the ticket are you?”. Surely as a courier company operating in London part of your business plan would involve parking issues, or before you quote as if there is free parking at pick up/drop off and factor this in to the price. Certainly the answer is not to get angry with the customer that your driver has incurred a ticket and then refuse to go to the company you are collecting from. As it turned out the person had left with the item so it was an impossible job, however this could not be ascertained as the driver never went to the office. I phoned up to let them know I would cancel the job and not expect a refund as it was my fault the item was not there; saving them a 2 hour drive and drop off. The man responded by threatening to charge me again for the ticket his driver incurred. I’m sure if this job was simple it would of been ok, but the service clearly can’t cope with any kind of curve ball or parking issue, which is a bit of an issue when you operate in London for your business model... Overall negatives; quoting/booking system inept/misleading, late to the job to collect, rude in resolving an issue Overall positives; communicated quickly when problems occurred and easy to contact, though not resolved how I would expect. Went with them because were slightly cheaper, but will never use again when there are bigger better firms that would’ve handled the situation far better.

This was supposed to be an urgent collection within 45-60 minutes. They arrived 2-1/2 hours later. We booked a motorcycle for quickness, but a car arrived. Package took about 2-1/2 hours so in all it was 6 hours from booking to arrival! Would not use again.

Although I had to cancel the booking (unforeseen change in circumstances) the communication and speed of refund was excellent
