Great communication from the start and through out the repair process. Really quick service and now my watch is like new! Very reasonable price too. One very happy customer. Fantastic service - I sent a message via their website and Josh called me back the next day to explain their service and provide a quote verbally and via text. I accepted the quote and received advice on how to pack my watch to send it. The Smart Repairs team updated me via text when they received the watch and again when it was repaired including photos. Only then did we have to pay. The watch was returned quickly and well packaged. I am utterly delighted to have used Smart Repairs to replace the shattered glass of my series 4 Apple Watch after a few years in a drawer. Finally a cost effective and reliable option. Thank you

The screen has come off it’s like it not glued but it is screen damaged as well even though you have done a great job fixed it

Absolutely fantastic service. After being told by ‘Apple’ that my 6 month old apple watch would have to be scrapped , I found smart repairs on the internet, Josh message me throughout, was extremely helpful, sent me pictures of my fully repaired watch and posted it back to me recorded delivery.
