Great reliable, honest service! My iPhone watch was smashed to smitherines as it had been dropped on a stone floor. Josh quoted a really reasonable price, it was sent to him via special delivery, and was returned in full working within the week! Fantastic service. After having a company incorrectly repair my Apple watch. I contacted and sent my watch off to Smart Repairs UK. The service was second to none, with constant contact and updates throughout the repair. I would 100% recommend and use them again.

Great service and communication via WhatsApp. Repaired my apple series 4 broken watch face and it now looks brand new. Took about a week from posting off to receiving back.
Having been worried in sending off my really smashed watch and wondering if I’d ever see it again. This company received it, repaired it and even called me to say of a slight mark on it. It cost a quarter than what it would have in the Apple Store or other repairers and came back to me within a week. Top job and top company would recommend anytime.

Excellent customer experience from the get go! Filled out an online form, from that followed a phone call from Josh asking for a few more details. Everything is then completed via text - details to send to, explaining how best to package your parcel then onto updates regarding your item. You will get photos when the repair is complete. Once paid, it is then sent back via special Royal Mail delivery. Well done Josh you are very much smashing it!!

Can't fault the service at all from Josh at Smart repairs. Got in touch with me straight away after my initial enquiry even though it was the weekend. Great communication through out and repaired my watch at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and use again if I needed his services.
