Three companies said my Apple Watch couldn’t be repaired, smart repairs said no problem. I was dubious about sending it to a company I wasn’t familiar with who said they could repair when others couldn’t. What a fantastic professional service from start to finish. They kept in touch using WhatsApp, sent me progress reports and photos of the repair and returned it using recorded delivery. I’m very impressed and will be recommending them at every opportunity. Absolutely mint service. My daughter dropped her Apple Watch that was a gift for Christmas. I sent her watch to smart repairs who quoted a very reasonable price. They stayed in touch with me throughout and we received the watch back in perfect condition. Cannot recommend enough.

It couldn’t have been more perfect - the communication (fast, helpful, polite), and the repair as a whole (sending the package off, and the entire process being done in ~7 days even during the Christmas period). I would deeply recommend this service to anyone who has broken their Apple Watch and is adverse to paying apples extortionate price or purchasing a new watch entirely. If I ever manage to break my watch screen again, I know exactly who to come to.

The glass back of our Apple Watch broke. Apple said they could not repair it. An Apple Store said our only option was to buy a brand-new Apple Watch. Smart Repairs, fixed it in one week, for less than £100. Their service is excellent too; keeping you informed et cetera. The watch works terrifically again. I can’t imagine asking Apple to fix anything of theirs again, over smart Repairs! Top job

Smashed watch face with Squash racket. Searched internet for reputable repairer. Found ‘Smart Repairs UK’. I was dubious at first and hesitated at quoted repair costs. However communication and reassurance quick and clear, so I wrapped precious watch for posting. On way to Post Office checked in at local Apple Store, who quoted £309 for repair❗️I ran out laughing, posted the package and for about a quarter of Apples price I’ve got a perfectly repaired LCD screen. Delighted 🤩
