The company has excellent customer service agents, but there is 1 drawback. I booked online which was a very easy and simple process. The website then told me that I would get a call from them the next day. I actually called them because I had another question and they confirmed the booking, but said they would call me back within 24 hours to take payment and confirm that we could have the skip on the day we asked for. After 3 days I had heard no more so called again and all my details were on the system, I was told I would get a call in 30 minutes to take the card payment and then for a further 2 days I still did not get any calls. Finally after I phoned them the 3rd time, they were able to call me back and confirm everything and also took payment. This did not cause me any issues on site as I was booking this skip up 2 weeks ahead of time anyway. The skip arrived on the day stated and was exactly as expected. We have not had it collected yet, but I don't envisage that being a problem. If they can deliver on their "phone you back" promises then it will take this company from good to great.

I couldn't find the right size skip in a short time and skip hire did that very quickly for me. Delivered when they stated however they collected a day early, even though I had phoned them earlier that day to check when they were going to collect. Lucky we were in because I had to ask my neighbor to move from our shared drive to enable the lorry to get the skip out?? I believe this the fault of the company that owned the skip?

This company is great. They did all the sourcing for us, it was delivered on time, picked up on time with no hassle. The added benefit for us is that the waste will be recycled and the charity commitment makes us feel responsible. We will be recommending this company to anyone that will listen.

Call centre hard work - had to keep waiting for them to phone back. Outrageous that they charge nearly double the cost of a local authority permit i.e. £60 instead of £31. They promised to e-mail the receipt, but that hasn't happened. On the plus side, got the skip for when I needed it.

Easy to deal with, reliable would use again

We received courteous, prompt and efficient service from Skip Hire Network. We were happy to know that our waste would be recycled where possible and that using them would contribute towards people rebuilding their lives. The cost was competitive (we hired a 14 yard skip in the Farnham area) and we would recommend them.
