The social welfare charity helps vulnerable men aged 25+ by providing accommodation, education, training, work placements and employment.
Never again ..ordered a skip from this company not once not twice but 4 times no show , lost 4 days of work . I even called the day before due and told yes it will be with you in the morning , then day of called to be told oh no been some confusion so won’t be there ...I cancelled and asked for refund ..found a company who was actually cheaper than the skip and removed for us. Awfull service don’t use .

Appalling service booked a skip due deliverly friday morning call to say cant provide will be with us on monday morning we rang monday afternoon to be told might be there by 5 if not tuesday morning guess what not there by 5 and not there by tuesday morni g still waiti g with no explanation or apology
Skip arrived and was collected promptly. Seems there is a skip shortage here atm,but by using a broker we got the skip we wanted at the time we requested

Ordered a skip which was reasonably priced and came on the morning they stated it would - so far so good. I contacted them to arrange for the skip to be collected on the weekend which they agreed to do. Two drivers then arrived on Friday to collect the skip, both got aggressive when I informed them that the skip wasn't quite ready for collection and I arranged for it to be done so on the weekend. After the second driver attempted collection, I called the office to ask if any more attempts would be made to collect before the agreed date, the lady passed me onto a man who listened to me then promptly hung up. My vehicle was blocking in the skip so I called Saturday morning to ask when the collection was due so I can move my car to prevent delays for them when collecting, they told me today... skip finally went on Monday! Yes they are reasonably priced and some would call them efficient in their delivery and collections, however, their customer service is shocking, I would definitely rather pay the extra cost to a competitor and not have the heartache!

Very bad company meant to have my skip arrived on Friday 15th may had one email that it’s reply’s to my email more still not heard anything so will be going to trading standards and won’t be using them again avoid at all cost

Don't use them I am afraid. All initially started well. The service team were helpful and organised a skip for circa £320 (8 yard, with drop door). It was delivered two days after it should have been, although with agreement from myself as I needed a drop front a and small refund was offered. The refund was carried out straight away. The problems have come about with collection, as for over two weeks I have attempted to have the skip collected. Various reasons have been given for a lack of collection, but I understand that in truth it is a case of the network having not paid the actually supplier. Inexperience of hiring skips lead me to skiphirenetwork, but ultimately it has cost me approximately £40 more than going direct and two weeks delay in being able to progress further works. My advice is to spend 30mins contacting suppliers directly as it will likely save you money, time and stress.
Great service and I was able to receive a skip the next day, my only suggestion would be to provide more accurate delivery times, I.e. Hour of delivery, or a text from the driver when they are en route
Great communication and first rate service from Megan. I was concerned when by mid afternoon it hadn’t arrived, so I phoned and Megan checked while I was actually on the phone and was able to reassure me that it was in its way.
I ordered a skip on Sunday. I enquired on Monday when it would be delivered and I was told it would come on Wednesday 6th May. It didn't arrive and despite trying to contact them most of the afternoon my calls were not answered. They took the money from my account which I suspect I have as much chance of seeing as the skip. After reading other reviews on this page there would appear to be scam going on. I am reporting them to trading standards. John Mills
We'd never hired a skip before and didn't know if it would even be possible during the lock down for Covid 19. Skip Hire Network made it really easy and provided outstanding service at a very difficult time. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
The service was very straightforward and simple and the cost was better than I could find elsewhere on the internet. It was good that there was a price as many people required you to phone up first.
I am £530 down , no skip and as of yet 10 days later no refund. When I booked it I was told it would cost £430 a hour later they phoned me back and said the skip wasn’t available. When I checked my bank £530 was taken. I have phoned them multiple times to ask for the money to be put back in to my bank but so far nothing. Not happy.
I wouldn't even have given 1 star. Ordered the skip on the phone & paid in full with the price quoted. Told would be delivered 2 days later. Got a phone call the next day to say the skip would be delivered Friday am instead of Thursday which was fine as we needed it for the weekend. Rang mid morning to get an ETA told would be there before 12 noon. 1pm came & no skip- called again & was told someone would call me back. No phone call so called again to be told the skip was "on hold". When I asked why was told because the original company couldn't do it so the new company wanted an additional £60 +VAT?! They said they had tried to call me a few days ago to advise of this- yes they did call but to tell me the date had changed. Said they would look into it & call me back within 30 minutes- 1 hour later still waiting. Called again & they cannot get me the skip until following week & cannot guarantee at the same price. I have requested a refund so will have to wait & see how that is dealt with but won't hold my breath. Absolute waste of time & now can't get another skip until next week. Not happy.
