Simply Book is really easy and literally simple to use. I set up the entire booking site from my iPhone. It makes it easy for clients to book and easy to receive their confirmation. You also receive a notification within seconds of them booking. The customer service team are great too and sorted issues I had really quickly. I’ve already recommended them to my other lash friends who need their booking site

We were massively let down by another app resulting in a massive amount of research in a short time to find the best one for our needs - SimplyBook.me gave us all the functions we wanted and has a great look for our client. We are using Simplybook for our local fashion store. Customers can now make an appointment online, come to the store and will be served personally by one of our fashion consultants. Right now in corona times it helps us a lot to a. channel customer volume and b. provide the best service possible. We don't need a vast range of functions and only subscribed to the basic plan, which is absolutely fine! The tool is quite intuitive, the help center page provides you with any neccessary information for setting up the tool exactly the way you need and the live help chat is very quick and always helpful. Great tool and great service for a great price!

After doing a lot of research on the booking calendar I wanted to implement on my website, the one from simplybook.me was the best option. It comes with many features and so far it performed well. I also got quick and effective answers whenever I asked questions. The help center members are really doing their job. After the trial version, I got a subscription and I cannot wait to continue using it for maximizing the results on my platform.

I had to set up very quickly an appointments management system for an emergency situation. Iwas able to configure an easy to use end-user system, with a lot of options (number of appointments per hour, numbner of providers, welcome message). It's a candid reviw (I'm paying my subscribtion). Within less than half an hour, I was able to entirely configure aan appointment system during the covid-19 crisis to organize the flow of visitors to some specific facilities. Quite impressive. A full-fledged tool. The only thing I missed is that you cannot as an admin manually add appointments outside of the working hours you have previously defined (say working hours are from 9am-5pm, you cannot decide to amnually add some urgent appointments at 8am or 6pm).

I am so pleased to have found Simplybook.me via google search. WE have had to move all of our courses online due to covid-19 and simplybook.me has given us an easy and professional way to book clients on to our courses. Very simple to use with an eye catching appointments booking system. I will be recommending to all other business owners that I know.

It works, but the booking interface isn't user friendly AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Their refund policy and booking system aren't user friendly. Additionally, they offer an upgrade to your service package if you leave them a good review and send them a screen cap. Prices and features, especially the custom features, are deceptive. Friendly customer service, though.

I have used simplybook.me for just over a month now for our financial advisory business, and i have to say i am overexcited with the opportunity this technology gives us. We have estimated that we spend more than 100 hours every year chasing clients to do their annual reviews. It is very professional site, very friendly and offers a lot of options. I am sure that with time will facilitate more features so we become more productive. Well done to the founding directors of the business, your support staff and developers and i am sure that the site will evolve as technology progresses and new systems are integrated

We recently began scheduling and charging for the use of some of our games rooms. After doing extensive research and going through multiple trials and demos of countless pieces of software, we decided to go with SimplyBook.me - and I couldn't be happier. Everything from their pricing structure to the ease of use made this the obvious choice for our business. While we aren't using all of the more advanced features right now, we do plan on exploring those options in the future. And that's one of the best things about this product - you can turn different features on and off to kind of try them out on the fly without having to call in to some crazy help desk or send an email into the abyss where you have to wait for weeks on a reply. But! If you DO run into problems, they have an online chat function THAT ACTUALLY WORKS! It's not a bot or someting that is spewing out answers to what it *thinks* you are asking, but an actual human being. The few times that I've used the chat feature, I felt very connected to the company and had a direct line to the experts in an instant - something that I've not had in years (ever try to call your ISP or power company??). These guys rate 10 out of 5 stars JUST on their customer service model alone. I was struggling trying to get something to work because I figured what I was looking to do was so far out in left field, surely they don't have a function that just did it. Turns out, they did - and after a few clicks I was up and running. Brilliant! While our primary business isn't the renting of rooms and services, SimplyBook.me is going to allow us to book, plan and manage these rooms as if they were. We have access to a calendar, mobile friendly app, an easy-to-navigate admin interface, coupons, the works! If you are just starting out - stop wasting your time and move this company to the top of the pile. They have a free version which is GREAT for testing and trials. We were about 10 days into our trial when we opted to actually purchase one of the higher tiers as our search was over and we had our winner!

Le système n'est pas réactif, à chaque clic on patiente... De plus il est trop généraliste et donc pas adapté à tous les métiers. Les réglages ne sont pas du tout intuitifs. On comprend le pourquoi du gratuit ! Je déconseille pour un usage professionnel ce qui est mon cas.
