I needed an easy to use program to book my monthly mini sessions. It is so intuitive that whenever I think to myself - oh it would be great if it had a feature like this - low and behold I find there is such a feature! Very simple to use and it has made booking, organising and taking payments completely streamlined.

Just what I needed to be able to advertise my workshops in a professional manner. Being able to create a simple site to advertise on which is user friendly, easily customised and has many features which seem like they'd be able to help grow the business and install trust between your business and clients.

Be careful what you ask for! Because not only will you not get it but you will be booted out of their user group! And blocked completely from joining or even seeing it again. The software has bugs and issues but rather than fix those, and make a great booking software they would rather spend time, money and effort adding other things that also do not work 100%. For example - you have to pay extra for additional functions but when those functions are incomparable with some other functions it means you do not actually get what you are paying for. They are fully aware of this and totally refuse to fix the problem. And when challenged again and again they throw you out of the "Super user group" which is intended for this very purpose of reporting, reviewing and improving the product. Another example is the images for the services. You have to mess around, and usually with a very poor outcome just to try and get an image that is the exact right size, resolution, aspect ratio and so on for each and every product/service image. This is another simple fix but they ignore that too. These are just two of the many, many issues with the software. They say they listen to the users but in reality they do what they think people want and not what people need. Even when countless people ask for the smallest of fixes or alterations it takes forever to get them. That is because they are spending more time working on new stuff that fewer people actually want or need. The software is not cheap by any stretch of the imagination. Sadly it is the closest to what I need. I know of many users that would agree that if, and when there becomes a suitable alternative SimplyBook.me will have a big shock coming their way! So look around and do your research. Be certain it is what you want and does what you need. There are a lot of other options out their which may suit your needs and that are much cheaper.

No, not liking this software. It doesn't let you change your billing address. It doesn't let you change the interface of the booking widget on my website. I have the standard subscription and 25€ a month and the service is terrible! There is no phone number you can call. The live chat is so slow that even the most basic questions take half an hour. System wise, it takes ages if you want to alter a service, the screen seems to jump al the time. It tells me that the changes are not saved and that I cannot continue without losing the change. And then it is saved.. No, would not recommend this booking service

Their lastest implementation of Deposit on Services has made this service complete for any business that offers services and takes deposits for the service. What I do like about simplybook.me is that you can use it for free and not (as with other sides) have an upgrade at first and then, after expiring, you can't use your booking page at all, because of missing features and you are forced to book more expensive options. Everything is described perfectly clear. The support is easy to reach even in the afternoon and I had a total competent experience. You have a lot of options to customize your booking page even in the free version. Now, that my business runs, it was a pleasure to book a more expensive version and have more options. I'm totally recommending simply book.me

SimplyBook.me is an great booking site and an improvement on my old system .It was easy to setup, even for a none techie and navigate through. this is a appointement booking tool that is easy to intergrated with wordpress, facebook, instagram. Two Major feature make it stand out among all the similar tool: firstly, clear pricing . secondly, integrated with payment system (ecpay for my local market)

It can feel quite clunky and non-intuitive to use at first. To get the full range of featurs suited to most businesses you need to add quite a lot of Custom Features and the most basic package only comes with 3 Custom Features.] It's a product I consider to be a useful addition to my growing business. It did take me a while to figure out how to use it though. I like the fact that Simply Book Me offers lots of integrations and a large selection fo payment processors.

I have used Simplybook.me as a user for the last 5 years. It has been very good and had hardly any problems with it. If I had any problems the Help Center was fast and useful. Now Im stating my own company and I will used there as well. Use it! Its easy to use and cheaper then my local service providers have ever been.
