We had an extremely quick delivery. Communication was good. Stool quality is excellent but there is a small cover missing on one of the stools that sits at the base of the stand. Cosmetic but I know it’s not there. Hence 4 stars.
Customer service was good, product seems good value for money. However, DHL delivery service was terrible. Next day service included in the price took 5 days after two aborted attempts at finding our house. My advice would be to find a reliable and honest delivery partner.
Extremely fast delivery (3 days I think) and the item seems to be of good quality (albeit 1 month sor so of use) at a very good price. I didnt get a confirmatory email but as I made an account the order is visible there.

I had originally ordered a pair of bar stools for my kitchen on Amazon, but was dismayed at their lack of quality. I decided at that point to shop somewhere else, and I found several sets I liked on Simply Bar Stools. In the end I went for a deluxe bar stool, safe in the knowledge that they are more robustly built and have both better materials and a better warranty than their standard counterparts. They were essentially double the cost of the bar stools I had purchased on Amazon, but to give you an idea of the quality: one cast iron base from one of the deluxe stools I purchased from Simply Bar Stools weighed more than both stools bought from Amazon - combined! I am very impressed with their initial quality, and I look forward to seeing how they age as I suspect they will be around for quite a while.
Product was lovely just what I expected, although it said next day delivery it wasn't it was day after which was ok but if you expected next day delivery you maybe disappointed. Easy to assemble which was good too. Overall very pleased would recommend.
