I order online, the stools arrived in a few days . I’m delighted with them except one stool has a slight indentation on the ‘arm part’. I’m hoping it will ‘ease’ itself in time. Slightly more robust packing would have helped

Choosing and ordering was very straightforward online and the bar stools arrived very quickly. They are really good quality. The padding is substantial and the fabric feels nice. The back is a decent support. They come in a few parts and you put them together yourself but it's very straight forward and there are simple instructions. They are extremely good value and I would highly recommend.
Ordered the chairs when on sale, for a great price. They were easy to construct and l love the blue velvet seats. They are very comfortable, strong and look really stylish
Their supplier had problems and they should have informed me by email. After a phone call they apologised and gave me a revised delivery date. This was kept to and the stools duly arrived on that date.

I am not very happy about the seat the back rest is to far forward and you cannot sit done correctly our legs are hanging over the front of the seat with no support The back rest needs moving backwards to give more seat area to sit on and the seat as very little pading we have the same type of seat and they are very comfortable, we have had them since 1995
The bar stool arrived on time. Easy to track. The stool is rather bigger than I expected but it is fine.
